When you wear a uniform you are no longer seen as an individual, but as part of a group, so you become part of a shared identity. This means that you become a representative, and your actions. I feel that this is an interesting concept to explore.
From this I have thought about the different types of uniform which we could look into:

- Nurses/hospital
- Firemen
- Guard
- Soldier
- Work
- Office
- School
- Scouts/Guides
- Police
Some of these have more functional properties, such as that of the fireman, as these protect the wearers from the extreme temperatures. Others are more aesthetic such as school uniform.

This is an interesting area to look into. It would be interesting to see how people are feeling when they put their uniforms on and whether in a way it acts as a mask to who they really are when they put on a new identity to match the responsibilities of the role that they are taking on.
